Rebekah Brewis is a Chicago federal legal advocate and federal litigation strategist with over two decades of practice experience across multi-district litigation, constitutional law, trafficking prosecution, and systemic coercion doctrine. Her work integrates TVPA, ADA, and RICO frameworks to pursue accountability in cases where institutional protection networks have historically ensured impunity.

She is also a survivor advocacy leader and a trafficking survivor.

That fact is stated plainly because it is relevant. Rebekah does not invoke her history for sympathy — she invokes it because it produces a caliber of legal insight that cannot be taught. She understands coercive control architecture, institutional complicity, and suppression mechanisms not as theoretical constructs but as documented realities she has navigated firsthand. That understanding directly informs how she builds federal legal strategy, maps protection networks, and identifies the pressure points institutions work hardest to conceal.
